Paul D. Converse Award
The University of Illinois award committee for the 2016 Paul D. Converse Award has announced that Robert Lusch is one of the recipients. The Converse award was established in 1946 by American Marketing Association to honor "those who have contributed significantly to the theory of marketing and toward the advancement of science in marketing."
Robert Lusch and Stephen Vargo received ISSIP Fellows Awards
The International Society of Service Innovation Professionals (ISSIP.org) awarded Prof. Stephen Vargo and Prof. Robert Lusch the prestigious ISSIP Fellows Award on June 11, 2015 at the Naples Forum on Service conference in Naples, Italy. The award was presented on behalf of the non-profit professional association by Dr. Jim Spohrer, ISSIP Board of Directors, along with the citation: 'The Service-Dominant Logic of Vargo and Lusch has changed the way that ISSIP members, service scientist and service innovation professionals look at and understand their world."
Robert Lush named Inaugural AMA Fellow
The distinction of “AMA Fellow” is given to individuals who have made significant contributions to the research, theory and practice of marketing, and to the service and activities of the AMA over a prolonged period of time.

AMA 2013 Distinguished Marketing Educator
The American Marketing Association announces Robert F. Lusch as the recipient of the AMA/Irwin/McGraw-Hill Distinguished Marketing Educator Award. The award honors living marketing educators for distinguished service and outstanding contributions in marketing education.
Harold H. Maynard Award
Robert Lusch and Stephen Vargo have been awarded the 2004 Harold H. Maynard Award by the American Marketing Association for “significant contribution to marketing theory and thought.”
Sheth Foundation Award
Stephen Vargo and Robert Lusch are the recipients of the 2010 Sheth Foundation/Journal of Marketing Award for their article, “Evolving to a New Dominant Logic for Marketing", which appeared in the January 2004 (Vol. 68, No. 1) issue of the Journal of Marketing (JM). The award is administered through the American Marketing Association Foundation.
Robert Lusch and Frederick Webster, Jr. are the recipients of the 2014 Sheth Foundation/Journal of the Academy of Marketing Science Best Article Award (2013) for the article “Elevating Marketing: Marketing is Dead! Long live Marketing!,” Journal of the Academy of Marketing Science 41(2013): 389-399
S-D Logic Awards
The S-D Logic Award was established by Robert Lusch and Stephen Vargo to recognize the contributions of individuals that have worked to advance the theory and practice of S-D Logic.
2011 - Evert Gummesson, Emeritus Professor, Stockholm University
The inaugural S-D Logic award was made to Evert Gummesson, Emeritus Professor, Stockholm University School of Business, Sweden. The award was presented at the Naples Forum in June of 2011.
